General Policy
- All items are non refundable and non returnable once sold.
- Certificate or PKI Token (Crypto Token) Once Sold Cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
- No refund can be issued with regard to such an application where DSC was not downloaded within 30 days from its approval.
Digital Signature (DSC) Policy
- No Cancellation. If, Application ID has Generated.
- Refund Allow. If, Application ID not Generated.
- Customer will get refund within 48 hours.
PKI Tokens (USB Dongle) Policy
- PKI Token (Crypto Token) Once Sold Cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
